R2K Roofing can also provide Annual Maintenance for your installed roofing system, which will consist of a Maintenance Report, with recommendations for any work that is required.  For new roofing systems this inspection may only be required every 2 to 3 years – R2K Roofing would advise on the frequency of inspections after initial consultation.
